ACS Medical Hotline: free service for all ACS members

The telephone consultation provided by Swiss telemedicine pioneer Medi24 helps with acute complaints or questions about health and illness. Callers are given a medical urgency recommendation so they can take the correct course of treatment. This service is free to ACS members.

An interdisciplinary team of more than 120 professionals, including physicians and nurses, provides around-the-clock telephone assistance in all life situations. The service is offered in Swiss German, German, French, Italian and English.

Included in the service

  • Telephone consultation around the clock
  • Computer-assisted triage for acute complaints with a recommendation on the urgency of treatment
  • Advice on questions about symptoms and courses of the disease, as well as on therapies and prevention
  • Guidance for self-treatment
  • Recommendation and prescription of medications
  • Referral to health care providers


These services are excluded for ACS companies membership.
