The breakdown service applies to vehicles registered in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein, regardless of whether they are driven by you or are registered in your name.
The insurance coverage extends to all persons traveling in these vehicles, up to the maximum number provided for in the vehicle registration document.

As ACS member, you can order the ACS Camping Card for only CHF 35.- per year.
With the ACS Camping Card, you benefit from tax reductions at many campsites in Switzerland and abroad. In addition, the ACS Camping Card serves as your official identification card at the campsite administration (instead of the travel pass or the identity card).
Through
the ACS Camping Card, the cardholder as well as his or her fellow travellers (maximum 11 persons) are covered by a
liability insurance for bodily injury or property damage to third parties. The maximum reimbursement amount per person is Euro
25,000, the maximum amount of coverage is Euro 1.8 million.

Frequently asked questions
Is my caravan or trailer also insured?
Trailers transported with the insured motor vehicle are also insured. This also applies if only the trailer is affected by the breakdown.
If I break down and the vehicle is not repairable the same day, will I receive a replacement vehicle?
If the vehicle cannot be repaired within 48 hours or in the event of theft, outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (FL), we will also cover the costs of a replacement vehicle for a maximum of 5 days per event (in the event of a motor home breakdown, a passenger car will be provided as a replacement vehicle in each case).
