- You hereby confirm that you have answered the questions contained in this application to the best of your knowledge and that the risk facts contained herein are correct.
- You agree to notify Allianz of any changes that occur prior to the commencement of definitive insurance coverage.
- You agree that ACS may share your member address data with partners for the provision of services and for marketing purposes.
- You authorize Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG, AWP P&C S.A. and CAP Rechtsschutz-Versicherungsgesellschaft AG to process data arising from the contract documents or the processing of the contract.This authorization includes, in particular, the physical or electronic storage of data, the use of data for risk clarification, for processing insurance claims and for statistical evaluations as well as for marketing purposes. Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG, AWP P&C S.A. and CAP Rechtsschutz-Versicherungsgesellschaft AG may, to the extent necessary, forward data to third parties involved in the processing of the contract in Switzerland and abroad, in particular to co-insurers and reinsurers, and to foreign companies for processing.
- Furthermore, Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG, AWP P&C S.A. and CAP Rechtsschutz-Versicherungsgesellschaft AG are authorized to obtain relevant information from official bodies and other third parties, in particular regarding the claims history. This consent shall apply irrespective of whether membership is established.
